Iran sent 450 tons of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan

The Iranian embassy in Kabul has announced that it has sent 450 tons of humanitarian aid to the earthquake victims in Afghanistan.

The Embassy of Iran wrote on page X that the Red Crescent Society of this country has sent 450 tons worth of over 200 billion Rials of public aid to the earthquake-stricken areas of Afghanistan in two stages.

The successive earthquakes in Herat and its neighboring provinces have left hundreds of dead and wounded.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, says that the countries of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iran, China, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Denmark, Norway and Kazakhstan have so far sent aid to deal with the victims of the earthquake in Herat.

According to the Red Crescent, the countries of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Iran, the Red Cross of China, Denmark, and Norway, as well as the International Red Cross and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, have sent cash, food, spices, clothes, and other supplies as aid to the earthquake victims.
