The UN Secretary General condemned the attack on Al Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza

Antonio Guterres, the Secretary General of the United Nations has condemned the attack on Al Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza.

On page X, he expressed concern about the killing of hundreds of Palestinian civilians in an attack on a hospital in Gaza and strongly condemned it.

The UN Secretary General added that hospitals and medical personnel must be protected under international humanitarian law.

Ashraf al-Qadara, the spokesman of the Palestinian Ministry of Health, said that as a result of the bombing of this hospital by the Israeli army, more than 500 people were killed and dozens of others were wounded.

According to reports, most of the victims of this event are women, children and babies.

Mahmoud Abbas, the head of the Palestinian government, has declared 3 days of public mourning following this attack.
