Kazakhstan sent 27 wagons of humanitarian aid to Herat earthquake victims

Local officials in Balkh say that 27 wagons carrying humanitarian aid from Kazakhstan have arrived in this province.

Noor Al-Hadi, Abu Adris, the deputy governor of Balkh, says that these aids, which include food and non-food items, entered the province through the port of Haritaan.

Meanwhile, Miram Ashkhmanov, representative of Kazakhstan, says that these aids are part of her country’s promised aid to Afghanistan, which includes rice, flour, oil and blankets, which will be distributed to the victims of the Herat earthquake.

Kazakhstan has already sent a shipment of humanitarian aid to the earthquake victims of Herat province.
