Richard Bennett demanded to identify the perpetrators of the explosion in Kabul

Richard Bennett, the UN Security Council’s special human rights rapporteur for Afghanistan, has called for the identification of the perpetrators of the recent explosion in Kabul.
He wrote on page X that there are terrible reports of several people being killed and wounded as a result of a bus being targeted in Barchi plain of Kabul.
He has called for a complete and transparent investigation to identify the perpetrators of this event.
The responsibility of the explosion yesterday in the Barchi Plain of Kabul, in which a “caster” type passenger car was targeted, has been claimed by the ISIS group.
Khaled Zadran, the spokesman of the Kabul Police Command, says that as a result of this explosion, 7 people were killed and 20 others were injured.
