The Turkish ambassador met Mullah Mohammad Yaqoub

Jang Onal, the new ambassador of Turkey in Kabul, met with Moulavi Mohammad Yaqub Mujahid, the Taliban’s defense minister.

The Turkish Embassy in Kabul wrote on page X that the two sides discussed bilateral relations and regional developments in this meeting.

The embassy added that in this meeting, it was also emphasized that there is a common understanding between Afghanistan and Turkey to increase cooperation in various fields.
