Hamas and Israel agreed on a 4-day ceasefire

The Hamas movement has announced that it has reached an agreement with the Israeli forces on a 4-day ceasefire.

Hamas said in its Telegram channel that this agreement was made with the efforts of Qatar and Egypt in the Gaza Strip, and both sides have agreed to stop the conflicts during this period.

This group added that it still reached an agreement with Israel on the release of 50 Israeli women and children under the age of 19 in exchange for the release of 150 Palestinian women and children.

In the announcement of the Hamas group, it is stated: “During the ceasefire, the occupying forces undertake not to attack or make arrests in all areas of the Gaza Strip and to ensure the free movement of citizens from north to south along the Salah al-Din highway.”

It should be mentioned that as a result of the conflict between Israel and Palestine, hundreds of people from both sides have been killed and thousands of others have been displaced.
