Officials of the Ministry of Public Health have called the lack of specialist doctors in Afghanistan a vacuum.
Dr. Qalandar Ebad, acting head of the ministry, said during his visit to Helmand province that the lack of specialist doctors in Afghanistan is a serious challenge and serious attention should be paid to this issue.
While visiting the provincial hospital in Helmand, he said that 140 health centers have been renovated and put into operation in this province so far.
Acting Minister of Public Health has assured all-round cooperation in the health sector during his visit to these hospitals.
