Mottaqi discussed bilateral relations with the Russian ambassador

Amir Khan Mottaqi, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate, met with Dmitry Zhirnov, the Russian Ambassador in Kabul.

Hafiz Zia Ahmad, the deputy spokesperson of this ministry, wrote on page X that in this meeting, the two sides discussed the bilateral political and economic relations between Afghanistan and Russia.

He added that recent regional and international issues and educational and cultural issues were also discussed in this meeting.
