The Taliban spokesman announced the new appointments

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, says that some new appointments have been made based on the order of the leader of this group.

He wrote on page X that according to the order of the leader of this group, Mullah Muhammad Aman Obeid, the previous governor of Daikundi province appointed as the governor of Kabul, Sheikh Mohammad Qasim Khalid, the previous governor of Kabul appointed as the governor of Nimroz province, and Maulvi Najibullah Rafi, the previous governor of Nimroz appointed as the governor of Daikundi Province.

The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate added that according to this decree, Maulvi Mohammad Sharif Halimi, the former police chief of Maidan Wardak, has been appointed as the police chief of Paktika, and Maulvi Abdul Qayyum Hilal, the former police chief of Paktika, has been appointed as the police chief of Maidan Wardak.
