The Taliban condemned the invasion of former Soviet forces in Afghanistan

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has condemned the invasion of Afghanistan by the Soviet forces on the occasion of the 44th anniversary.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, said in a statement on the occasion of the 44th anniversary of the invasion of Afghanistan by the Soviet forces that the Islamic Emirate condemns the aggression of the former Soviet Union on behalf of its nation.

He praised the struggle of the Afghan people against the Soviet forces and added: “Afghanistan does not interfere in the internal affairs of any country and does not allow anyone to violate our rights and interfere in the internal affairs.”

According to the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, it wants to have good and strong relations with the international community within the framework of Islamic principles.
