Earthquake occurrence in Herat

Local sources in Herat have reported the occurrence of an earthquake in Zindajan district of this province.

The US Seismological Center declared the magnitude of this earthquake to be 3.4 on the Richter scale and its center was Zindajan district.

This earthquake occurred around 12 o’clock last night (Wednesday) and its possible damages are still unknown.

It should be mentioned that the residents of Herat Province have witnessed successive earthquakes in the past, which have left huge damages.
