Anthony Blinken met his Turkish counterpart in Ankara

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken met with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan in Ankara during his trip to Turkey.

Turkish media have reported that in this meeting, the two sides discussed Israel’s attacks on Gaza, regional issues, and US-Turkey relations.

According to the report of the US Secretary of State, he will also meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during his trip.

After his trip to Turkey, Blinken will also visit Greece, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Palestine and Egypt.
