The Iranian ambassador met with Mottaqi

Hassan Kazemi Qomi, the special representative of the President of Iran in Afghanistan, in a meeting with Amir Khan Motaghi, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, emphasized the expansion of cooperation between the two countries.

The Iranian embassy in Kabul wrote on page X that the head of the embassy has announced the readiness of the Iranian government to comprehensively expand cooperation and help the people of Afghanistan.

According to the embassy’s newsletter, in this meeting, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate welcomed Iran’s initiative in forming a regional contact group and expressed his satisfaction and readiness to host a joint meeting of special representatives of regional countries on Afghan affairs in Kabul.
