The Ministry of Public Health is building health shelters in Helmand

The Ministry of Public Health has announced that this ministry will build sanitary shelters in Herat in cooperation with the United Nations.

This ministry has written on page X that Dr. Mohammad Hassan Ghiathi, deputy of policy and development of the Ministry of Public Health, met and talked with the representatives of the United Nations Population Fund and the United Nations Migration Office in Afghanistan.

According to the Ministry of Public Health, in this meeting, the parties discussed and exchanged opinions on the establishment of health shelters in Helmand province with the financial cooperation of the United Nations Population Fund Office and the United Nations Migration Office in Afghanistan.

The Minister of Health Policy and Development emphasized in this meeting that implementing companies are obliged to build health shelters according to the plan and standards set by the Ministry of Public Health and health partners.
