Torkham crossing was closed to trucks

Majli officials in Nangarhar say that the Torkham crossing has been closed to trucks by Pakistan.

Officials at the Nangarhar Information and Culture Department say that this crossing was closed by Pakistan this morning (Saturday) because the Afghan drivers did not have passports and visas.

At the same time, Quraishi Badloon, the spokesperson of the Nangarhar Department of Information and Culture, says that Afghanistan also has a similar request from Pakistani drivers, and for this reason, the Torkham crossing is currently blocked in both directions.

It should be mentioned that the Torkham crossing has been closed to traffic many times before due to various reasons.
