Taliban: ISIS is suppressed and borders under control
Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the political deputy head of Taliban ministers, claims that Daesh has been suppressed in Afghanistan.
The political deputy head of the Taliban ministers, in a meeting with Rafila Ayodis, the European Union’s envoy in Kabul, said that Daesh has been suppressed in Afghanistan.
He also added that ISIS has now been suppressed in Afghanistan and borders are under management.
The Taliban official’s comments come as ISIS has carried out numerous terrorist attacks in some parts of the country in recent months, killing and wounding dozens of people, especially Shiite and Hazara citizens.
