The Torham Pass reopened

The Torkham border crossing between Afghanistan and Pakistan has been reopened to transit after 11 a.m. (Tuesday, January 23).

Abdul Jabbar Hekmat, the Taliban commissioner in Torkham, made the announcement, but did not elaborate on the conditions for the reopening of the crossing.
