Pakistan Army Chief of Staff Calls Pakistan’s Life More Important Than Afghanistan

General Asim Munir, Pakistan’s chief of staff in his latest statement to his eastern neighbour India and western Afghanistan, warned of insecurity in the country.
Pakistan’s chief of staff on Wednesday, January 24, said among students at public and private universities that no one will be respected when it comes to Pakistan’s security, the Express Tribune reported.
“The life of a Pakistani is more important than the whole of Afghanistan,” he said.
He also warned the Afghan government: “Don’t look at Pakistan, we are willing to sacrifice anything.”
“Pakistan has provided food for five million Afghans for 50 years, but when it comes to our children, we will pursue those who attack them,” the military official warned.
He accused Afghanistan of long-standing support for the Balochistan liberation movement, adding that the western neighbor had never shown any friendship towards Pakistan.
