Taliban demand ease of issuing Kyrgyzstan visas to Afghan businessmen

Amir Khan Mottaqi, acting foreign minister of the Taliban in a meeting with the Kyrgyz Minister of Economy and Trade Amman Goldiyev Danyar, called for facilitating the issuance of visas for Afghan traders to expand trade between the two countries.

According to a statement by the Taliban Foreign Ministry, Mr. Mottaqi met with Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Economy and Trade in Kabul on Wednesday.

The ministry said the two sides discussed bilateral trade and transit relations during the meeting.
