15 Killed in Traffic Accident in Kabul-Jalalabad Highway

Sources report a fatal traffic accident on Kabul-Jalalabad highway. One eyewitness said 15 people were killed in the incident, but sources from Taliban said the death toll was eight.

According to sources, the incident occurred at 10:00 a.m. (Sunday, January 28) in the border area between Laghman and Surobi district of Kabul.

An eyewitness said a Hic-type car swerved off the road and crashed into the valley due to high speed.
