Mujahed: There will be no joint operation with a country in Afghanistan

After publishing reports about the possibility of Tehran and Kabul to fight ISIS-K in Afghanistan, the Islamic Emirate has said that there is no need for cooperation of other countries in the fight against Daesh in Afghanistan.

The spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, Zabihullah Mujahid, also said that Iran and Afghanistan are neighbors and that security needs to be provided at the border.

According to Mujahid, the government has sufficient resources and resources to fight Daesh.

“Iran and Afghanistan are two neighbouring countries, we need security at our borders, and they must be aware of the threats on their soil and we need them on their soil, but whether we have joint operations or want help in Afghanistan, this is not the case because we have enough troops and experience in this sector,” spokesman for the Islamic Emirate said.

The diplomat journal has written in an article that after the last attack of ISIS-K in Kerman, Iran, it is likely that the country will start a campaign against ISIS on the territory of Afghanistan in cooperation with the Islamic Emirate. According to the diplomat, the suppression of terrorist groups is important not only for Iran but also for all countries in the region.
