Mawlawi Abdul Kabir: Islamic Emirate recognized
The political and commercial relations of Afghanistan with some countries around the world mean the recognition of the caretaker government, said Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, political deputy of the ministers’ office on Saturday at the International Conference on Climate Change in Nangarhar.
The Deputy Minister of Political Affairs at the conference also said that except the Islamic Emirate, no one has the ability to guarantee Afghanistan’s soil will not be used against other countries.
“The Islamic Emirate has been officially recognized because your representation and embassy in our property is open and our embassy operates on your property, commercial ports are open, your goods go to our property and from us to your property,” he said.
Deputy Minister of Political Affairs of the Ministry also emphasized on improving Afghanistan’s relations with the world. Mr. Abdul Kabir assured that Afghanistan will not be used against other countries.
“Except for the Islamic Emirate, no one can guarantee this because the Islamic Emirate has full sovereignty in 34 provinces and more than 400 districts and security is available,” said Mawlawi Abdul Kabir. “The Islamic Emirate does not allow anyone to use Afghan soil against its neighbors and the world.”
