Iran’s Interest in Investing in Afghanistan

Acting Minister of Industry and Trade Nooruddin Azizi met with an Iranian delegation on trade relations between the two countries and investment in Afghanistan.

The ministry said in a statement that Mr. Chamandi described trade relations between the two countries as growing and shared Iran’s concerns in some cases with the acting minister of industry and trade.

According to the Newsletter, the Iranian delegation announced their readiness to invest in the private sector in Afghanistan.
