TİKA to build kindergarten in Kabul Afghanistan

The groundbreaking ceremony of the “TİKA Hand of Compassion Kindergarten” of Bibi Aisha Siddiqa Darülulum (Theology Girls’ High School) was held with the participation of Turkey’s Ambassador to Kabul CENK ÜNAL and Afghanistan Ministry of Education General Director of Darülulums Mevlevi Mullah Abdul Qudus.

Considering the early marriages of girls in Afghanistan, women who come to education with their children will be able to keep their children in a healthy environment in this nursery in order not to disrupt their education.

The project will be completed within 4 months in total and after the completion of the construction, the furnishing will be done by TIKA.

In the statement made by TİKA, “Our kindergarten is planned to be built on 2 floors. In this nursery, which will have a capacity of 30 children, our main goal is to ensure that children grow up in a healthy and suitable environment.”
