Zia Ahmad Takal, Deputy Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that the two sides are discussing bilateral issues.

According to Mr. Tekel, the Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum, and the officials of the country’s railway administration and Breshna Company are present in this delegation.
