South Korea donated 4 million dollars to the Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund

The World Food Program has announced the donation of 4 million dollars from South Korea to the Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund.

The news release of this institution states that this aid will be used to provide food and emergency food support to save people’s lives and prevent famine in Afghanistan.

Based on the news, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea has contributed this amount of money to the World Food Program.

Meanwhile, in the month of Scorpio this year, South Korea had helped Afghanistan with one million dollars.

Not long ago, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Aid in Afghanistan (OCHA) said that South Korea has donated at least 18 million dollars to Afghanistan since 2014.
