Zardari became the president of Pakistan again

Asif Ali Zardari; The deputy of the Pakistan People’s Party was elected as the president of the country for the second time on Saturday, 19th of August.
Mr. Zardari in the presidential election in the House of Representatives and state parliaments of Pakistan, Mahmood Khan Achakzai; He defeated the candidate supported by Tehreek-e-Insaf and was elected as the new president.
Mr. Zardari was able to get 255 votes and Mr. Achakzai 119 votes in the House of Representatives of Pakistan.
According to Pakistani media reports, Zardari has defeated Achakzai in other states of Pakistan except in the parliament of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
This is the second time that Asif Ali Zardari is elected as the President of Pakistan. He was also the president between 2008 and 2013.
This is despite the fact that in the national elections of Pakistan, which were held a month ago, no party won the absolute majority of the seats in the House of Representatives of this country to form the future government.
Following the announcement of the election results, the Muslim League party led by Nawaz Sharif formed an alliance with the Pakistan People’s Party led by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the son of Asif Ali Zardari.
After this coalition, Shahbaz Sharif, the brother of Nawaz Sharif, was appointed as the new prime minister by the vote of the House of Representatives of this country, and now Asif Ali Zardari has been elected as the new president of Pakistan.
