An agreement to establish a joint institute was signed between Kabul and Beijing

With the beginning of the 1403 academic year, the Department of Technical and Vocational Education announces the signing of a memorandum of understanding between this department and China.

The head of the technical and vocational education department said: Alhamdulillah, it has been agreed with China to establish joint institutes and joint training for the Afghan labor market, and even if necessary, we will return them to China and teach them the Chinese language.
At the same time, the head of the measurement organization considers knowledge as one of the basic needs of the country and says that in addition to knowledge, work should be provided for young people.
Abdul Baqi Haqqani, head of the country’s assessment organization, says: Let our people stand on their feet, let our government, our system be freed from the oppression of others. In general, Afghanistan’s economy should be freed from trouble.
The visiting head of the refugees and returnees also emphasized on the education of modern and religious sciences in the country and demanded the provision of education for the returning refugees in the country.
Khalilur Rahman Haqqani, Acting Minister of Migrants and Returnees Affairs, says: “Our first request is that they be educated.” All centers, both religious and modern, should provide them with the opportunity to study in universities, schools and schools.
