The Islamic Emirate has announced the dispatch of its employees to participate in this training course, while this group has failed to manage many natural disasters in recent years, including the Herat earthquake and floods in northern provinces, especially Baghlan.

Last year, strong earthquakes and their aftershocks caused financial losses and casualties in the expensive and expensive areas of Herat province. Despite the influx of public and international aid, the victims were in limbo for months.

Following the devastating floods in the northern provinces, especially Baghlan, there were widespread criticisms of the performance of the Islamic Emirate.
