Russian Ambassador Supports Pakistan, Afghanistan’s Efforts to Fight Terrorism

Albert Khorov, the Russian Ambassador to Islamabad, said that Moscow supports Afghanistan’s efforts to fight terrorism and is ready to provide necessary assistance in this regard.

In an interview with Russia’s TASS news agency, he also expressed Moscow’s concern over the increase in terrorist activities in Pakistan and stressed that his country supports Islamabad in combating these security threats.

Khorov said in the interview: “We are committed to strengthening constructive cooperation with Pakistan and Afghanistan.”

However, he did not provide details on how Russia supports the two countries in the fight against terrorism.
