North Korea calls Trump’s proposal to occupy Gaza ridiculous

North Korean state media has called US President Donald Trump’s proposal to occupy Gaza and displace Palestinians “ridiculous” and condemned it, accusing Washington of using force.

Reuters quoted North Korea’s Korean Central News Agency as saying that the Palestinians had been hopeful after the ceasefire, but Trump’s plan would destroy this hope.

Donald Trump also asked Jordan’s King Abdullah II on Tuesday to accept Palestinians who would be permanently displaced under the plan, but he firmly rejected the request and expressed his country’s strong opposition.
