Significant increase in India’s imports from Afghanistan

According to Indian media reports, during the years 2023 and 2024, India had trade transactions with Afghanistan worth $642.29 million.

The most important items exported by Afghanistan to India were agricultural products, including saffron, raisins, figs, apples, potatoes, almonds, apricots, onions, garlic, pomegranates, and walnuts.
