Trump halts all US military aid to Ukraine

A White House official, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Reuters that US President Donald Trump has halted all US military aid to Ukraine.

“President Trump has made it clear that he is focused on peace, we need our partners to be committed to that goal; we are suspending and reviewing our aid to ensure that it helps to find a solution,” the official said.

The move by Donald Trump deepens the rift between the two former allies.

This comes as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a heated and heated meeting with Donald Trump at the White House on Friday, February 10, in which Mr. Trump accused him of being “ungrateful” for US aid and of leading the world towards World War III.
