White House: Talks with Iran were very positive and constructive

The White House, in response to the first round of indirect talks between Iran and the United States hosted by Oman, announced that the talks with Iran were very positive and constructive.

The White House added that Whittaker stressed to Araqchi that he had received instructions from Trump to resolve the differences between the two countries as much as possible through dialogue and diplomacy.

The White House added that the American and Iranian sides agreed to hold another meeting next Saturday.

Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araqchi says: The first round of indirect talks with the US special envoy, Mr. Whittaker, hosted and mediated by Oman were constructive and promising.

Araqchi added that the talks were held in an atmosphere of mutual respect and both sides were determined to continue this process within a few days.
