IOM: More than 128,000 Afghan refugees return from Pakistan to Afghanistan in less than 45 days

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) has reported that more than 128,000 Afghan refugees have returned from Pakistan to Afghanistan from the beginning of April to May 12 of this year.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) said in a statement that many of them were forcibly returned and that the organization has assisted more than 68,000 returnees with food, health care, protection and shelter.

According to the organization, the level of needs of the returnees remains high.
