Minister of Borders and Tribes Discusses Expansion of Bilateral Relations with Iranian Ambassador

Mullah Noorullah Noori, Minister of Borders and Tribes Affairs, met with Ali Reza Bekdali, Iranian Ambassador to Kabul.

In this meeting, the two sides discussed the expansion of economic relations, mutual trust, regional issues, and establishing better coordination between Afghanistan and Iran.

In this meeting, Mullah Noorullah Noori called the relations between Afghanistan and Iran historical and asked Mr. Bekdali to deal with Afghans living in Iran within the framework of Islamic and international standards.

Meanwhile, the Iranian ambassador said that his country is trying to further expand its political, economic, and friendly relations with Afghanistan.

He also called coordination between the two countries important and promised continued cooperation with Afghanistan.
