303 Taliban fighters have been killed in the past 24 hours

The Ministry of Defense reports that 303 Taliban fighters have been killed in the past 24 hours as a result of clashes in 16 provinces.
The ministry said in a statement that 303 Taliban fighters were killed and 125 others were wounded in clashes and counter-attacks by defense and security forces.
According to the newsletter, Taliban fighters were killed and wounded in Nangarhar, Laghman, Ghazni, Paktika, Kandahar, Zabul, Herat, Jawzjan, Samangan, Faryab, Sar-e Pol, Helmand, Nimroz, Kunduz, Baghlan and Kapisa provinces.
The statement added that 11 mines were found and defused by security forces during the clashes, and a large amount of weapons and ammunition of the Taliban were destroyed.
