Explosion in Mazar-e-Sharif; One killed and 10 wounded

Security officials in Balkh say an explosion took place west of Roza Mubarak.

Adel Shah Adel, spokesman for the Balkh police, said the blast was caused by explosives placed on a bicycle, which exploded in the area of ​​the fourth district, west of the Mubarak shrine.

According to Mr. Adel, one civilian was killed and 10 others were injured in the blast.

But eyewitnesses say one person was killed and 15 others were injured in the blast.
