Taliban: We need Turkey to rebuild the country
A Taliban spokesman said that we need Turkey to rebuild the country’s collapsed infrastructure.
“All our infrastructure has collapsed. We will built Afghanistan and we will rebuild every region. We need Turkey the most in this regard,” Taliban spokesman Sohail Shaheen told a Turkish media outlet.
He called Turkey a very important and strong player in the world and said that this country has a special place in the Islamic society and will play an important role in the reconstruction of Afghanistan.
A few days ago, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, “If necessary, we can talk to the Taliban. There is a fact, and when there is a knock on our door, we will open our doors.”
According to him, Turkey is still active in infrastructure activities in Afghanistan.
