National Resistance Front: We have 60 to 65% of Panjshir soil

The National Resistance Front has stated that about 60 to 65 percent of Panjshir territory is under the control of the National Resistance Front forces.

“All strategic positions in Panjshir are under our control,” Ali Meysam Nazari, a spokesman for the Resistance Front, told CNN. “We have made a tactical retreat from the main road.”

Mr. Nazari stated that the Taliban group had suffered heavy casualties in the battle with the National Resistance Forces and assured that they would completely clear Panjshir of the Taliban in the near future.

Two days ago, the Taliban announced that they had captured Panjshir, a claim denied by the National Resistance Front.
