The death toll from an explosion at a Shiite mosque in Kunduz has risen to 60

Al-Jazeera news agency reported that the death toll from yesterday’s explosion at a Shiite mosque in Kunduz province had risen to 60 dead and nearly 107 wounded.
The blast took place at noon yesterday in Khanabad area of the capital of Kunduz province.
No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the blast.
Meanwhile, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid confirmed the incident and said that the forces of the Islamic Emirate had reached there and were continuing their investigation.
