The Turkmen Foreign Minister arrived in Kabul at the head of a delegation

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid tweeted that the Turkmen foreign minister had arrived in Kabul at the head of a delegation.
A video posted by Mujahid on Twitter shows Taliban officials, including Amir Khan Mottaqi, the group’s acting foreign minister, coming to the airport to welcome the Turkmen delegation.
It is reported that a Turkmen delegation may have arrived in Kabul to discuss the TAPI project with Taliban officials.
Meanwhile, the Taliban announced last week that a delegation from Turkmenistan was scheduled to travel to Kabul to discuss the TAPI project.
The Turkmenistan gas pipeline project through Afghanistan to Pakistan and India, called TAPI, which began construction during the previous government, is expected to transport 33 billion cubic meters of natural gas a year to Pakistan and India if completed.
