Ahmad Wali Massoud: An inclusive government under the Taliban is not possible

The head of the Ahmad Shah Massoud Foundation says it is not possible to form a comprehensive government under the Taliban.

Ahmad Wali Massoud, head of the Ahmad Shah Massoud Foundation, tweeted that the international community should know that inclusive Taliban rule in Afghanistan is not possible.

According to him, inclusive government does not mean the division of power among ethnic figures.

Meanwhile, Shir Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai, the Taliban’s deputy foreign minister, called on Afghanistan’s former opponents to come and enjoy freedom in the country.

He added that former opponents of the Taliban will not be deprived of the right to live in the homeland and will be able to return to the country and live in peace.

He added that the “Islamic Emirate” is trying to gain the trust of the people and is not doing anything that contradicts the values of the nation.
