Pakistan demanded the transfer of Indian aid to Afghanistan using Afghan trucks

The Pakistani Foreign Ministry has issued a statement calling for the transfer of Indian wheat and medicine to Afghanistan via Pakistan using Afghan trucks.
The ministry said in a statement issued today that in order to facilitate further, Pakistan has exceptionally decided to allow the transfer of 50,000 tonnes of wheat and spices from India to Afghanistan via the Wagah border using Afghan vehicles.
Earlier, the Pakistani government had announced that Indian aid packages to Afghanistan would have to be transported in Pakistani trucks, with additional transit fees to be paid from India.
