The Taliban have arrested a man in Takhar for beheading a child

The Taliban say they have arrested a man in connection with the beheading of a 10-year-old boy in Takhar.

Ansarullah Ansar, the Taliban’s director of information and culture for Takhar, said a person had been arrested in the Rustaq district of the province in connection with the beheading of a 10-year-old child.

It is worth mentioning that a ten-year-old boy named Navid was beheaded in front of the education department of Rustaq district a few days ago.

The head of Taliban information and culture in Takhar added that the accused had confessed to the crime and said that the child’s father had raped him three years ago.

According to Ansar, the detainee has been introduced to the judiciary.
