Saudi humanitarian aid reached Kabul

Two planes carrying Saudi humanitarian aid arrived in Kabul this morning.

National Television reluctantly reported details of the amount of the allowances, which included food and essential supplies.

The TV report added that four more planes of Saudi humanitarian aid are scheduled to arrive in Kabul in the next few days.

Saudi Arabia has already sent humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.

Afghanistan is currently facing an imminent humanitarian crisis, and the United Nations has repeatedly warned that a humanitarian catastrophe is imminent if it is not stopped.
