The Turkish Dyanat Foundation distributes aid packages to 2,000 families in Kabul

The Turkish Dyanat Foundation plans to distribute food parcels to 2,000 needy families in Kabul.

The foundation today distributed part of its aid packages, which included food items including rice, sugar, oil, Tea, to 500 needy families in Kabul during a ceremony.

Turkish Ambassador to Kabul Jihad Erginay and Taliban Minister Ghulam Ghous Naseri attended the distribution ceremony.

“Turkey has shown this in the past,” the Turkish ambassador said, referring to the full solidarity of the Turkish people with the Afghan people. Afghanistan is in a difficult situation now; it is our duty to support it. “This support will continue.”

The Taliban’s Minister for Disaster Management also thanked Turkey for its assistance to the Afghan people and called for continued assistance.

The foundation has announced that other aid packages will be distributed to needy families in the coming days.
