CNN: Hundreds of Afghan children have been transferred to the United States without their parents

Hundreds of Afghan children have been transferred to the United States without their parents, and their fate remains unclear, according to a report by CNN.
The television network said that during the withdrawal of foreign troops from Afghanistan, about 1450 Afghan children were transferred to the United States without their parents, and the fate of these children is still unknown and they feel lonely at any moment.
The children were to live with a relative who had previously been in the United States, CNN was quoted as saying by US officials.
U.S. officials say more than 1,450 children who were transferred to the United States without their parents were quickly released from the base to live with their sponsors.
But according to statistics provided by the US Refugee Council to CNN, about 250 of these children are still under US protection.
