Iran emphasized the formation of an inclusive government in Afghanistan

The Iranian Foreign Ministry says that the formation of an inclusive government in Afghanistan is emphasized by Iran and neighboring countries.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh told a news conference today that his country was not in a position to recognize the Taliban.
Khatibzadeh stressed that the future path of Afghanistan should be the path of fulfilling the will of the people of this country, adding: “What is most emphasized in Afghanistan and Iran and neighboring countries is the formation of an inclusive government that reflects the ethnic and demographic diversity of Afghanistan.”
“Religious democracy is the best model that the governing body of Afghanistan can use,” he added.
However, the Taliban government in Afghanistan has not yet been recognized by any country.
