The Pakistani embassy in Kabul has said that the national security adviser’s visit to Kabul has been postponed due to bad weather.

The embassy said that Pakistan National Security Adviser Moayed Yusuf was scheduled to arrive in Kabul next week on January 26.

According to reports, Pakistani National Security Adviser Moayed Yusuf was scheduled to arrive in Kabul today to head a delegation to hold talks with Taliban officials.

Some Pakistani officials have said that the two-day visit will focus on bilateral issues and Pakistan’s efforts to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe in Afghanistan.
